B&T's roots are Bruce and Teresa Grear. Together, they formed the company in 1986 in Lima, Ohio. Through hard work and determination the business flourished and grew. Other branches soon followed, Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1989, Columbus, Ohio in 1993, Vienna, West Virginia in 1995, Toledo, Ohio in 1997, and most recently Zanesville, Ohio in 2004.

B&T maintains an innovative attitude and sincere commitment to servicing our customers. We will continue to change, adapt and enter areas to fulfill our customers needs in a positive and productive direction.

Our objective in summarizing our Company strategies is to provide you with a clear vision of the company direction and position, improve productivity, reduce conflicting efforts and generate a winning team spirit. When you join B&T you become part of our family and friends.
